Educator & Program Support
Esther holds a degree in Liberal Studies with a minor in Philosophy, reflecting her passion for education, personal growth, and service to others. She has over five years of experience in foster care, where she supported hundreds of children with compassion, patience, and consistency.
She currently works as a toddler and preschool teacher at the Child Development Center at Miramar Air Base, serving children ages 2–5 from military families. In this role, she creates nurturing, structured, and engaging learning environments that support early childhood development.
Esther has been actively involved in church service since a young age, and her heart for serving others continues to guide her work today. She is known for her calm demeanor, deep sense of compassion, and positive presence, and she enjoys spending time outdoors and connecting with nature.
Within Monarch Missions, Esther supports the computer lab build team and assists with student engagement and communication, helping bridge language gaps and ensuring each child feels included, supported, and encouraged.
