Technical Advisor
Don Le brings his expertise in engineering and a heart for service to his role as Advisor and Technical Support at Monarch Missions. With a strong background in engineering and problem-solving, Don plays a key role in supporting logistics, infrastructure, and operational planning for the organization.
In addition to his technical contributions, Don actively assists the medical team during outreach missions—helping coordinate equipment, set up mobile clinics, and ensure that every child receives timely care. His practical mindset and hands-on support have been invaluable in delivering healthcare services to orphanages across Vietnam.
Don is especially passionate about using his skills to build a more sustainable and efficient future for those in need. Outside of his work with Monarch Missions, he enjoys exploring innovative technologies, mentoring young professionals, and spending time on the water—whether it’s boating, kayaking, e-foiling, or other water sports.
