Andrew Le

Technology & Computer Lab Lead

Andrew is an Electrical Engineer with professional experience in the medical device industry, where he supported equipment validation and quality systems at Johnson & Johnson. He also works with JDL Design LLC, designing control systems for continuous emissions monitoring (CEMS) and developing software tooling for industrial PLC programming and automation.
Andrew leads the computer lab deployment for blind orphanages in Vietnam, where he designed and configured accessible technology systems to support digital education, including screen readers, text-to-speech, and offline learning tools. He brings a hands-on, systems-oriented approach to every project and plays a key role in ensuring the success of Monarch Missions’ technology initiatives.
Outside of his technical role, Andrew is a lifelong audio enthusiast with a deep understanding of signal chains, DACs, and high-fidelity listening systems, a background that directly informed his work building audio-based learning environments for visually impaired students. He also enjoys photography, nature, and sailing.
